Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. 

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. 

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. 

• Vinyl products are non-returnable.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return:
   Contact our customer service team at info@cashmerethoughts.com to initiate a return and obtain a return authorization.
2. Return Shipping:
   You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Return Packaging:
   Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging and includes all original tags and accessories.
4. Refund Processing:
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please indicate this when initiating your return.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
